Oh dear. Terrariums and I just do not have the best of relationships. Whenever I’ve built one, no matter how carefully I ever-so-lightly spray it – it quickly gets moldy and everything dies… like in a matter of 2 days. I do use a jar with a lid, so I’ve tried keeping it open, but that doesn’t seem to help at all.
This terrarium from Small Stump is making me long for one that lives! Anyone have any good terrarium advice? I swear I typically have a green thumb.

Yep, did that. I have a book on terrariums and followed the advice faithfully (and watched a few youtube videos as well). There’s also a layer of activated charcoal (you can get it a Petco) and it’s suppose to help with any extra dampness. Not sure what I’m doing wrong…

What if you put a layer of rocks down like this person did?
